To make it economical for the theatre-going public.

To allow for creativity among performers and producers.

To have open discussions with crew, director, and associates,
with the final decision being made by the artistic director.

To have stipends for actors and production personnel in appreciation of their professionalism.

To connect audience goes and theatre productions.

Ms. Richardson and Mr. Bendana hope to put on quality shows as seen in regional theatre, while maintaining an "open to all communities" atmosphere.
